Monthly subscription packages provide peace of mind with two bi-weekly Zoom check-ins, helping you stay consistent and confident. Available month-to-month — no long-term commitment.

Why would I need more support?
After an initial behavior or nutrition consultation, there is often a need for more support and tailored guidance. Ongoing support is not included in our consultations, as it is often time-consuming and varies extensively on a case-by-case basis.
